hi All,

We're going to hold our annual Santa Ride again this year in support of the Donna Louise Trust.

Fancy Dress Optional -

Meet as normal at the Old Club House layby at 9.15am for a 9.30am start. Please let us know ASAP if you are coming.

Gail has contacted Fletcher's who have agreed to put the same offer on this year a bacon or sausage sandwich with egg or cheese and hot drink for £4.25.

Should be approx 15 miles to Fletchers and 12-15 miles back to Newcastle.

All donations to the charity welcome, See Gail or myself and we will collect any donations on the day.

It would be helpful if I can let them know approximate numbers.

John
Unfortunately, I will be down in London that weekend on family festivities. What a shame I will miss your Santa ride.

Thanks Gaz, your words of misery make it especially hard for everyone else to not take part.

No excuses now Lymies, GaryChat has bought a costume so get yourself organised and come and join the rest of us for a fun Santa ride to Fletchers, raising money for a great local charity.

See you all soon.

Would have loved to be there but already got a (motor) biking event on the cards.
Hope it all goes well.
See you next Tuesday for the Cruise.

Hi All,

I'm making the decision to cancel the ride. Freezing temperatures are forecast overnight and until at least 9am Saturday morning, and with the current conditions ice is going to be on pretty much all roads. Showers are also forecast which could turn wintery throughout the morning.

I hope this is the right decision.

Many thanks
